Shipping Rates

The rates are calculated as per UPS and USPS guidelines taking into account the destination zip code and the weight of the package. We are right now offering discounts on the rates offered by UPS, you will see both the UPS rates and discounted rates in your order form.

When will my order arrive?

Items in stock are processed for shipping within 2 business days ('processing time') after order is placed. Items not in stock will be in stock within the maximum 'lead time' mentioned for the product.

Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time

Shipping time is dependent on the shipping option chosen by you and is indicated with the shipping option

For example, many items on our site show 2 business days availability. If you select Standard Shipping for US shipments, your shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 2 days (availability) + 3 to 7 days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 5 to 9 days after you place your order.

What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?

In such a situation, you should use the longest availability time in your order. Multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 2 business days while one has an availability of 5 days, your order will ship in 5 days.)

Choosing Next Day Air means my order will arrive tomorrow?

No - you forgot to add in the availability time of your items. Say you've ordered 2 business day availability items and selected Next Day Air shipping. The items will ship within 2 business days, and then arrive on the following business day - three business days total. Also, keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second or Next Day Air.
