Sales Tax

Select Security Systems is based in California and charges sales tax for orders shipped to the state of California. For all other states, we charge no sales tax. Because charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product, by law these charges must be included when sales tax is calculated. 

We automatically compute and add sales tax for orders shipped to these states, and this is indicated in the total pricing of these goods.
