Damaged/Defective Goods

If the goods have reached you in a damaged or defective condition, Select Security Systems will replace your goods provided you ship them within 30 days of receipt. Please see below for our policy on packaging returns.

How to package returns

Please include the following with the goods in the original packaging

  • The reason for your return

  • Carrier packing slip 

  • Invoice

Before you ship a product back to us, please email us at webmaster@selectsecurity.net for a RMA number.

Please include the following information in your email

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Product Manufacturer

  • Product Model

  • Reason for Return

  • Your email

  • Your full name

  • Your telephone number

We cannot process returns where the above information is not included.
