Order Management
When you log in to My Account you can view orders; revise billing and shipping information on unshipped orders; and cancel unshipped orders
Review Your Order History
You can review the status of any order you have placed with Select Security Systems.
For orders that have yet to ship, you will be able to review order status, shipping address, payment method.
For orders that have already been shipped, you can also confirm the date and method of shipment, as well as an estimated date of arrival and a tracking number (if applicable).
Log in to your account and review your orders.

Cancel an Unshipped Order
You may cancel any item from your order, provided that it has not yet entered the shipping process.
Drop us a mail at webmaster@selectsecurity.net with your order number and email address to cancel the order. You can also login into your account and contact us via email to cancel your order.
Log in to your account if you wish to cancel any of your open orders.

Revise Shipping and Billing Information
You may change the shipping address, billing address and the payment method for any order that has not yet entered the shipping process.
From Your Account, follow the link to "View and Edit unshipped orders" and select an order. You may then click the Edit button at the side of the field that you would like to change.
Log in to your account and review your open orders.
